For example, we may need to collect such information to&nbsp;ensure that when we are advising agencies of general youth feedback that this is relevant to the appropriate populations. It is our intention that this policy will protect your personal information from being dealt with in any way that is inconsistent with applicable privacy laws in New Zealand. Direct patient identifiable data will not be collected from this website (for example, name, physical address, NHI). General data (such as location and specific ethnicity) will be displayed on the reporting page as level one ethnicity codes as per the Ministry of Health Ethnicity Data Protocol standards (For example, a person may record themselves as Malaysian, however the data will display as Asian). This is particularly important if filtering by regions where the ethnicity breakdown is known and there is risk of the data becoming potentially identifiable. It is noted that all responses including more detailed ethnicity data will be recorded in the website database.</p><h3>Use of Information</h3><p>2. Personal information that visitors submit to our site is used only for the purpose for which it is submitted or for such other secondary purposes that are related to the primary purpose, unless we disclose other uses in this Internet Privacy Policy or at the time of collection. Copies of correspondence sent from the web site, that may contain personal information, are stored as archives for record-keeping and back-up purposes only.</p><ul>

<li>General youth feedback from surveys conducted on the website may / may not be discussed at Northland Intersectoral Forum (NIF) meetings to inform strategy, policy, and project activity. The NIF forum includes a range of agency stakeholders across health and social settings.</li>

As part of registering with us, we collect non-identifiable information about you to ensure the voices of regions, ethnicities and age groups are adequately recognised and represented as per section 2.</p><h3>Credit Card Details</h3><p>4. Credit Card details are only stored (if at all) for the processing of payment and will be deleted once payment is processed.</p><h3>Disclosure</h3><p>5.
